OK - I got the first official 3D post!!! Wahoooo

Thought I would see if there are any Doo Dah veterans out there who are thinking of doing this year’s rally? Nancy and I are thinking of going again, we want a chance to avenge our humiliating defeat in the Great 2010 Potato Slough Water War. There has been a serious review of tactics and weaponry during this off season.

Fingers crossed!  I have an email alert to send a text to my phone the second the words "doo dah" appear in any email. :-)

Great looking new blue color on the shirt and flag.  Sure glad the Odyssey crew decided to make the DooDah for the third time.  Just too much fun to pass it up.  We will be there with the fip cam to document the dinghy races and ensuing water fights. Definitely bring the El Toro!
Odyssey no longer has the Fatty Knees we brought last year, but we will have a similar (although heavier) 7 foot sailing dinghy complete with leeboard.  Wind, water, and fun!

We've been trying to figure out a way to bring our DeWitt Dinghy. One year we towed a similar boat, an Escape, but we broke it. It shipped water in Suisun Bay and cracked when we hoisted it on a halyard to dump the water out. We still miss that Escape! Most likely we'll bring our little inflatable again, as we can stow it for the trip up and back.

Hey, all!  I'll be back this year, but with a bigger boat!  And more crew!  Will most likely be bringing the El Toro, an inflatable and lots of water guns!

Can't wait to get goin'!  See everybody in Berkeley!
