Note: To give you a general idea, this was the itinerary last year. 2012's itinerary is not yet set and will vary a bit from previous years.
Friday, July 29 , 5:30-9:30 p.m.: Kickoff Party with check-in at Berkeley Yacht Club in the Berkeley Marina.
Dinner and drinks will be available to purchase; dinner prices start at $7. BYC says you're welcome to sail in their Friday Night Race.
Saturday, July 30, 11:30 a.m.: Official Start at the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, between Red Rock and Castro Rocks. Silent Sun will be stationed north of the bridge to take your picture. (You can go west of Red Rock instead, but we might miss taking your picture.)
Saturday, July 30, late afternoon/evening: For the first time, we have a scheduled stop on Saturday night. Vallejo YC is looking forward to welcoming us at their harbor and hosting us in their clubhouse. We'll also have our official Skippers Meeting here. Chris Lauritzen of Lauritzen Yacht Harbor will give a talk and answer your questions. Dinner and drinks will be available to purchase.
Sunday, July 31, 6:00 p.m.: Welcome to the Delta Party. Owl Harbor on the San Joaquin River will be our next stop on Sunday evening. They are planning a Tropical Fiesta for us, including a FREE Mexican dinner. Beer, water and sodas will be available to purchase. Live music from the Allen Vega Band will kick off the evening at 6:00. In addition to prizes from the Doodettes, Owl Harbor will be having raffle drawings throughout the evening for some good – and some fun – gifts and prizes.

Monday, August 1, 11:00 a.m.: Our venue for Monday night has changed. Instead of Boyd's Harbor, we'll be headed a mile further down Piper Slough to the Sugar Barge Resort and Marina. Our friend Peter Yates will still be hosting a Monday afternoon beach party.
The Sugar Barge Restaurant will serve a buffet dinner for $10, and the bar will be serving drinks.
Tuesday, August 2: Begin your morning with a $7 buffet breakfast at Sugar Barge.
Tuesday-Thursday, August 2-4: Free days. Explore the Delta on your own, buddy-boat with friends, or tag along with the Doodettes.
Wednesday, August 3, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.: Honey Pot Day! San Francisco Estuary Project, Dept. of Boating & Waterways, and BayGreen Marine Sanitation have joined forces to provide us with honey wagon service in Potato Slough. Redeem the voucher you'll receive at the Vallejo YC Skippers Meeting for a free pump-out.
Friday, August 5: Doo Dah Hoopla. Celebrate your arrival at the ultimate Delta destination, Stockton Sailing Club, with a BBQ dinner, music from the Nick-Elwood band, and more prizes. Plans for on-the-water and/or shoreside activities are in the works. A shuttle will be available for trips to the grocery store and West Marine.
Saturday, August 6, 8:00-9:30 a.m.: Breakfast. Cooked-to-order omelets at Stockton Sailing Club for donations.
10:00 a.m.-noon: Departure. There will be no Net today.
